Terri Campbell, has an extensive background in health/wellness and physical education. Her master’s degree is in exercise and sports science. She has a wealth of experience teaching in diverse educational settings and has published articles and presented at local, state, and national conferences. Terri is an experienced CPR, first aid, and AED instructor. She also assists with safety classes and implementing health and wellness activities.

Maria Holmes, has nearly six years experience as an OSHA compliance officer with the N.C. Department of Labor. Maria holds a bachelor’s of science in chemistry and a master’s in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she specialized in industrial hygiene. Maria is a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Industrial Hygienist. She has worked with Dimensions since 2001 providing safety consultation and industrial hygiene oversight.

Shelley Kittrell, has worked in a variety of health care settings and is certified through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, and National Safety Council as a CPR/AED, first aid, and blood borne pathogen instructor. Shelley also assists with health screenings and enjoys working with the diverse populations served by Dimensions. She has worked with Dimensions since 2008.

Matthew L. Machles, graduated from UNC Asheville with a BS degree in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Pollution Control.  Matt worked in labs during and after college, assisting his employers with safety programs and efficient work practices. During college Matt participated in international leadership programs and completed a study abroad to New Zealand, including a volunteer re-vegetation program on a nearby farm.  Matt completed the Appalachian Trail as a thru-hiker (Georgia to Maine) after graduating from college. He began working with Dimensions in August 2012 assisting companies with safety training, respirator fit testing, job hazard analysis, chemical inventories, and specific lockout tagout procedures.

David Machles, Principal with more than 26 years experience in health, safety, and organizational development. He specializes in safety culture assessments, team development, worksite evaluation, policy development and training. David completed his doctorate in organizational learning. He helps organizations establish systems that foster employee involvement and enrich the organization through mentoring and staff development. David is an active member in the American Society of Safety Engineers, has published several peer reviewed articles and presents regularly on the local, state and national levels.

Karen Mastroianni, Principal working with a variety of companies to provide solutions and assistance in developing effective organizational and individual wellness and safety programs. Karen has more than 28 years experience in the health promotion and safety fields. She completed her doctoral degree in Adult Higher Education, specializing in organization and workforce development. It was through her safety and wellness implementation experiences that she realized the link between leadership and work climate in ensuring effective wellness and safety initiatives. She is active in professional organizations and has presented at local, state, and national conferences on a variety of health and safety topics. She is co-author of a book and has published numerous articles.

Stephen Rodr has over 17 years in emergency management and mitigation of hazardous materials operations, rescue, fire, and medical emergencies with municipal fire departments. He has an extensive background with public safety education in teaching fire safety courses and performing fire code inspections. Stephen incorporates his years of fire service experience when formulating safety plans or teaching. He is a fire service instructor, fire code inspector, fire & life safety instructor, American Heart Association and National Safety Council Basic Life Safety Instructor and NC Emergency Medical Technician.

Lisa Trumps provides essential project management and support for the many activities Dimensions implements. She has a degree from Radford University and has extensive experience in supply chain management. She is available to provide support for client projects and has the organizational skills essential to ensure smooth operations.
