It’s that time of year again! Just a brief reminder that it’s time to summarize your OSHA 300 Log by January 31st using the 300A recordkeeping summary form. The completed and signed 300A form is to be posted in a location easily accessible to employees. The posting requirement is from February 1st through April 30th. You may also be required to submit your recordkeeping information electronically.
Remember that the form is to be reviewed and signed by the most senior person at your location. This is a valuable process for considering your health and safety experiences and planning program improvements for 2018.
