Reminder that the Labor Law Posters are free and yet year after year the deceptive marketing campaigns happen! The letters are sent to businesses to look like official government warnings.
Now N.C. Secretary of State Elaine F. Marshall and N.C. Labor Commissioner Josh Dobson have teamed up in a new PSA to warn the public and North Carolina businesses about deceptive language in mailings that are seeking hefty fees for Labor Law posters and Secretary of State filings.
